Side 1 – Spikey Side (Unblock)

Start on bare, dry skin. Always stroke towards the heart.

1. Chest – Begin at the chest using gentle strokes moving towards the heart. This helps unblock the lymph nodes and allows circulation to flow through.
2. Arms – Stroke from wrists up to shoulders.
3. Stomach – Use a clockwise circular motion around the belly.
4. Back – Stroke from back to front.
5. Legs – Start at the ankles and stoke all the way up to the thighs.

Spend a few extra minutes on any areas that feel like they need more attention. The spikey side works to unblock your lymph nodes, opening up the pathways so circulation can flow freely.

Side 2 – Ball Side (Moves Lymph + Fluid)

Apply your favourite lymphatic cream or magnesium oil directly onto the skin. Then repeat the same process using the ball side of the gloves:

Chest → Arms → Stomach (clockwise) → Back → Legs (ankles to thighs)

Now that your lymph nodes are unblocked, the ball side helps move the fluid through your system, flushing it out and carrying away the buildup.
